Returns are not offered on any customized items.
For non-customized items, return requests must be sent to info@tandemapparelco.com within 5 days of receiving your order. The reason for return must be clearly explained. We will then be in touch with you to advise on next steps of your requested return. All returned items MUST be unworn, tagged, unwashed, and undamaged and mailed back to us at your own expense.
For non-customized items, exchange requests must be sent to info@tandemapparelco.com within 5 days of receiving your order. The reason for return must be clearly explained. We will then be in touch with you to advise on next steps of your requested exchange. All exchanged items MUST be unworn, tagged, unwashed, and undamaged and mailed back to us at your own expense. You will also be responsible for any associated shipping fees to send the new item to you.
Return payment will only be processed once the returned items have been inspected and are deemed to be in the same condition they were when originally sent. Please allow 1-2 days for return payments to show up in your bank account. All returned payment will be applied to the original form of payment on the order.
We take pride in all of our products, and if there are any damages to your items, or you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase, please notify us immediately so that we can work with you to rectify the issue.
