Our current shipping carriers typically fulfill shipments within 2-5 days (remote or out of county shipping times may vary).  Order fulfillment from the time of order to the time it is ready to be shipped is currently 5-7 days (**expect longer fulfillment periods during busy seasons**). Total order processing time is 5-15 days (**pre-orders excluded**).

A tracking number will be provided for all shipments.  Once the package is in the hands of our shipping carriers, the timeline becomes out of our control, although, please ensure that we, and our carriers, are doing all we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before confirming your order.  If there are errors with your noted address, and the package is returned to us, and you will be responsible for shipping fees to attempt the shipment again.

Local Pickup is available at checkout on all orders.  Please pick up your order within 7 days of receiving the pickup notification by email or SMS. Please ensure you are checking your email and text messages regularly for pickup notices (including junk mail).
